ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SEO Digital and Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, digital advertising strategies, and analytics. This role will be pivotal in driving traffic, engagement, and conversion through effective SEO practices and targeted digital ad campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and inform content strategy.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and links for SEO.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI.
- Analyze ad performance and create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and others to track, report, and analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and SEO campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Assist with making small website changes and updates as necessary.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to align SEO and advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or digital marketing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Local to Boston, MA
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms highly preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or biotech industry.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress.
- Certification in Google Analytics (G4), Google Ads, or similar.

Trulieve is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to support our team with a variety of exciting projects. This is a full-time, fully remote (east coast preferred) position. Focused on the four core types of SEO: on/off page, technical, local, and mobile.
You will be responsible for planning and executing, SEO-related projects for our cross department needs, including keyword research, keyword gap analysis, SEO performance tracking, optimizing content for SEO, and identifying opportunities to improve organic traffic growth for Trulieve content and websites.
