Job Description:

SEO Senior Analyst - (Work From Home)
The SEO Senior Analyst provides critical analytical support to digital channels, with a focus on supporting Search Engine Optimization. Responsibilities would include retrieving search related data, analyzing digital campaign results, and identifying new opportunities based on data analysis. Also responsible for managing several SEO vendors.

Acts as a cross functional center-of-expertise for organic search. Uses strong analytic intelligence
to understand user engagement and drive end user activation through the utilization of testing and optimization tools and techniques

The SEO Senior Analyst provides critical analytical support to digital channels, with a focus on supporting Search Engine Optimization and is responsible for retrieving search related data, analyzing digital campaign results, and identifying new SEO opportunities based on data analysis.

Also in charge of managing SEO vendor teams. High familiarity and or proficiency with the following SEO tools and vendors is desired: RIO SEO, Conductor, ahrefs, Bright Edge, Adobe Analytics, MOZ, Google Search console

to understand user engagement and drive end user activation through the utilization of testing and optimization tools and techniques.

This is a fully-remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external counterparts, plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
  • high proficiency in Adobe Analytics
  • being able to manage content from an SEO perspective
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • understands and is able to fix technical SEO errors. This includes both on page and off page SEO tactics
  • Regularly perform thorough SEO keywords research. Reports out on ranking changes. Provides recommendations for keyword opportunities, link strategy, URL structure, and other facets of organic search in accordance with business goals
  • Manages vendor budgets as well as meets annual revenue goals tied to organic search
  • Monitor search ranking, visibility, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs within SEO tools
  • Develop strategies to improve and grow: current rankings, rankings for new keywords, organic search traffic and organic search revenue,
  • High proficiency in collaborating with the content team, web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
  • Develop optimization recommendations and/or testing plans
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and other reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with business goals
  • Leverage all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis
    Stay informed latest search industry trends and new tools. Attend conferences, workshops and ongoing learnings and trainings related to the SEO field

  • Provide support on any, or all phases of projects, including but not limited to analyses, reporting, budget, change control.
  • May develop complex modeling and reporting tools for monitoring and analyzing performance or data.
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as SEO specialist or similar role
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating high level SEO reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration required.
  • Ability to work with internal business owners as well as external agencies
  • Knowledge of Red Cross structure and operations preferred.
