We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is a hands-on position, and we are looking for a candidate who can implement SEO fixes, elevate our digital marketing strategies, and take charge of our social media presence. Experience in the investment and finance sector is highly desirable, and familiarity with Umbraco CMS is a plus.


Technical SEO Implementation:

  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits of our websites, identifying issues and areas for improvement.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and user experience.

Content Optimization:

  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for SEO, ensuring it aligns with our keyword strategy.
  • Develop and implement content recommendations to enhance organic search performance.

Keyword Research and Strategy:

  • Perform extensive keyword research using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar to identify opportunities and trends in the investment and finance space.
  • Develop and execute a robust keyword strategy to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.

Umbraco CMS Optimization:

  • Leverage your expertise in Umbraco CMS to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices within the Umbraco framework.

Link Building and Outreach:

  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and online presence.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to secure high-quality backlinks.

Social Media Strategy and Management:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, fostering engagement and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize SEO and social media tools to track website and social media performance.
  • Generate regular reports on SEO and social media metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Competitive Analysis and Monitoring:

  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media landscapes to adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing Integration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and social media strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the overall digital marketing strategy.


SEO Expertise:

  • Proven track record in hands-on SEO implementation with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and others.

Investment and Finance Background (Desirable):

  • Familiarity with the investment and finance industry, allowing for a deeper understanding of target audience needs and trends.

Umbraco CMS Experience (Desirable):

  • Prior experience working with Umbraco CMS, including the ability to optimize websites within this framework.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Social Media Management Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and techniques.
