Summary of Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SEO Strategist to join our onboarding team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of technical SEO, website structure, content migration, and content optimization, contributing to the success of our clients' digital presence. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively contribute to any additional responsibilities assigned by the company, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to meet evolving needs.
As an SEO Strategist at RYNO Strategic Solutions, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, seamlessly integrating website and SEO services, and optimizing digital assets for maximum visibility and performance. Your expertise in technical SEO, content migration, and content optimization will be pivotal in driving successful SEO campaigns.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct city research to better understand the client’s service area for local SEO
- Gather information provided by the client to understand business objectives and target audience
- Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical SEO issues, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals and industry best practices
- Possess a strong understanding of website structure and architecture to effectively plan and execute SEO initiatives
- Oversee content migration processes, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining or enhancing SEO performance
- Implement and manage redirects to preserve and enhance website rankings during structural changes
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for content optimization
- Collaborate with content creators to implement on-page SEO best practices, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging content

- Collaborate closely with the SEO Analyst team to ensure practices used during the onboarding process are performing well for the campaign

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation required
- Digital marketing agency experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, website structure, content migration, redirects, and content optimization
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush)

The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary of $60,000, a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. About the Role
The goal of this position is to love and serve our clients and help their business’ visibility on Google search grow. This will, in turn, bring leads and new sales to their business. - At least 4 years of experience in the field

This is your opportunity to join the Digital Marketing Growth team on Capital One’s fast-growing consumer app, Capital One Shopping. General Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory behavior
Business ownership: Have an ownership mindset, and potentially P&L accountability for a business segment. Strategic planning with a 1-6 month horizon
Leadership: May manage and develop a team. Coaching and mentoring associates throughout the organization with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One
Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product level modeling/analytics
Marketing: Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through various channels. Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go-to-market strategies
Credit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis
Execution: Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability
Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Position Description
Mechanism is seeking a SEO Outreach Lead to oversee Linkbuilding efforts across multiple high-growth startups in our portfolio. As the SEO Outreach Lead you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operations, and reporting of all Linkbuilding initiatives, working closely with other team members to drive business growth.
We are looking for a results-driven overachiever with a strong track record of SEO, linkbuilding or digital PR. In addition to being a hands-on individual, you will be a proven leader who thinks strategically about Linkbuilding and can guide the team through extensions into new strategies. You will have a passion for new and innovative approaches to linkbuilding as well as continuous process optimization and high-level execution.
You will work closely with CEOs and other stakeholders to ensure that Linkbuilding efforts are aligned with SEO goals and overall business objectives. You will be responsible for delivering measurable results against key performance indicators (KPIs) and own a P&L. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Partnerships and Content functions to coordinate synergized strategies that drive search marketing success. This role will sit within Mechanism’s internal Growth team, and report to the Head of Organic Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage and further build out Mechanism’s Linkbuilding team. You will have full ownership of Linkbuilding efforts for Mechanism Portfolio Companies and Profit Centers, fully owning strategy, operations, and reporting. This includes both driving strategy forward and overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team.
- Test and develop innovative linkbuilding strategies, creating detailed playbooks and documentation to ensure smooth handoff and scalability across the team.
- You will manage a team of 3+ direct reports, some of which have direct reports themselves or manage projects supported by the operations team.
- You will oversee Linkbuilding strategy and operations to fuel SEO growth across Portfolio Companies. You will have the autonomy to develop and test new strategies and translate them into efficient processes.
- You will explore applications for AI and automation, implementing these to amplify your operational efficiency and drive innovative strategies.
- You will partner with our Content Marketing Lead to promote high-quality content through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- You will oversee all linkbuilding email outreach campaigns and analytics related to it to ensure the team executes on a high level and drives continuous improvements.
- You will partner with our SEO team to ensure our linkbuilding strategies and tactics are driving business growth.
- You will monitor linkbuilding campaign's performance metrics and oversee the subteams dedicated to specific strategies.
- You will stay up-to-date on SEO/Linkbuilding industry news and actively monitor and test around areas like algorithm changes, AI, etc. to inform strategies and drive innovation.
- You will monitor competitor linkbuilding efforts and analyze this information to evaluate the performance of your own brands against the market.
- You will confidently educate portfolio company CEOs on Linkbuilding and effectively communicate the reasoning behind your strategy recommendations and findings.
- Ensure the linkbuilding team’s profitability by overseeing the P&L, and managing timely and accurate reporting and billing processes.
- You will further develop the linkbuilding teams structure, strategy and leveling framework. You will make sure your team is well aligned, motivated and has a clear understanding of their career progression.
- Assist portfolio companies in transitioning their linkbuilding efforts in-house, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless integration and effective strategy execution.

What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of strategic and operational SEO, preferably with a focus on content and linkbuilding.
- A strong analytical mindset and ability to think in systems.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, and SimilarWeb.
- Experience with email outreach tools like Lemlist and a general familiarity with databases.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing Sales or Outreach teams (preferably in linkbuilding), with a track record of building and coaching successful teams to achieve their goals. This includes setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and development. You will also have experience in creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong writing skills and experience building high-performing email campaigns.
- A deep understanding of the importance of using revenue growth as a key performance indicator (KPI), as well as how to forecast organic revenue growth for our portfolio companies.
- An understanding that the ultimate goal of SEO efforts is to generate revenue for the business, and organic revenue is a critical metric that allows you to track the effectiveness of your efforts.
- Exposure to growth marketing areas beyond SEO, such as growth product, lifecycle, content marketing, and paid media. This will help you have a more holistic view of growth, enabling you to identify cross-channel opportunities and drive a comprehensive growth strategy.
