The SEO Specialist will support the SEO and Content Manager in the research and execution of data-driven campaigns using advanced SEO and e-commerce best practices. Using Enterprise-level SEO tools, this individual will develop and implement scalable strategies that grow organic traffic, conversions, and revenue. While a technical background is a plus, it is not required for this position. The right candidate will possess advanced writing and analytical skills, acute business acumen, and strong problem-solving skills.

A Day in the Life of our SEO Specialist:

  • Optimize web content to send strong search relevancy signals to search engines
  • Write and edit engaging web content that satisfies the search intent of our readers
  • Analyze reports about Search Engine Optimization performance using a variety of Enterprise-level marketing platforms and tools
  • Day-to-day management of SEO tasks, projects, and initiatives
  • Partner with extended team members (creative, merchandising, analytics, third-party vendors) to develop cross-department initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Perform proper QA to ensure all website copy and assets meet quality standards
  • Organized / able to oversee multiple projects at one time
  • Provide clear direction to copywriters regarding SEO-driven content needs including keywords, structure recommendations and more

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other related fields


  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, ideally with an ecommerce company
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or other SEO tool
  • Experience with HTML, JSON, Microdata is preferred
